Hooper's Landing is a classic layout north of the Nanticoke River on the west side of Seaford.

The golf course is a traditional layout along narrow, tree lined fairways with multiple water hazards, and literally a scenic walk in the park without homes or development bordering the course. There's a creative use of sand bunkers of varying styles and sizes protecting the landing zones and small to mid-sized, perched greens. From the tips it's 6,725 yards, the white tees play to 6,175 yards, 68.4/123 course and slope ratings. The original nine holes were designed by Alfred Tull in the late 1940s with the newer nine by Richard Mandell and Robert Rauch.
