Heritage Shores is 30 miles west of Rehoboth Beach in Bridgeville on US 13 within a residential community.

The golf course wanders over a level tract of former Delaware farmland along wide open fairways with trees lining the borders. There's water features in play on most holes with a generous amount of sand traps placed at the landing zones and guarding the greens. There's five sets of tees from 4,740 yards to 7,005 yards at the tips with the middle tees playing to 5,906 yards, 67.5/116, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Hills.
