Bear's Best partially borders a residential community on the west side of Las Vegas, in Summerlin, off I-215 at Flamingo.

It's a challenging and interesting layout with several water hazards, a generous amount of sand traps in play, and soft, contoured, and undulating greens. It plays to 7,194 yards, 74.0/147 course/slope ratings from the tips, with three shorter tees.
