Paiute is 45 minutes northwest of The Strip in a remote, isolated desert setting with three 18 hole layouts designed by Pete Dye.

The Snow course has wide fairways and heavy fescue rough over undulating desert terrain. There's Dye's traditional railroad ties, numerous pot bunkers, and sculptured sand bunkers surrounding the greens and the fairways' landing zones, and seven holes where lakes come into play. It can play to 7,146 yards, 73.0/126, course/slope ratings from the back tees with 4 shorter sets of tees.

Sun Mountain ambles along gently rolling and mounded desert waste areas without homes or development along the layout. There's a few water hazards, but generally there's plenty of room off the tee with the fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses leading to large green complexes. Dye's signature railroad tie bunkers along with traditional, waste, and pot sand traps guard both the landing zones and the greens. The course plays to 7,112 yards from the back tees, 73.4/140, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.

The Wolf Course is over mounded fairways bordered by native grasses and wildflowers with a few holes where water's in play including an island green par 3. The greens tend to be large and contoured well guarded by deep and large sand bunkers as well as false fronts and raised approaches. It plays to 7,604 yards from the tips, 75.5/145, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
