TPC Las Vegas is northwest of The Strip within a residential development just off the Summerlin Parkway.

The golf course moves through arroyos and barrancas in the midst of the desert over mounded fairways with traditional, pot, and waste sand bunkers through the fairways and guarding the greens. The green complexes are generous, but extremely quick with moderate undulation. The course plays to a par 71, 7,080-yards, 73.4/136, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tee boxes, designed by Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd in 1996.
