Beaver Brook is just south of I-78 in Clinton partially bordering a real estate community on rolling, forested land near Hunterdon Hills and the Spruce Run Reservoir.

The golf course is a solid parkland layout traipsing through tree corridors with several slight doglegs, water hazards in play on three holes, and 50+ sand bunkers scattered about the fairways and greens. The golf course was designed by Alex Turnei in 1968 and from the back tees is 6,601 yards, 71.7/125, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
