Heron Glen is just south of Flemington in north central New Jersey on US 202 about an hour from the city.

The layout is parkland style with tree lined fairways jaunting over a generous tract of land with each hole well separated. It's mostly straightforward with several water hazards and sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens set in the rolling farmlands of North Jersey. The course can be set up to play to 7,065 yards, 74.1/137, course/slope ratings from the tips with four other tee box choices, designed by Dan Schlegel.
