Boise Ranch is southwest of Boise at the southwest corner of Lake Hazel and Cloverdale Road partially bordering a residential development.

The golf course is a parkland style of design over rolling topography along fairways bordered by scattered trees. There's multiple water hazards including Tenmile Creek and several ponds in play and sand bunkers mostly greenside. There's five sets of tees overall, the tips play to 6,607 yards, 70.8/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Russ Isbell in the mid 1990s.
