Bristow Manor is located west of Manassas south of the Prince William Parkway west of the Manassas Airport.

The layout is links-style design along broad fairways with deep rough at the borders partially through a residential development. It's well bunkered along the fairways and greens in addition to a variety of water features on over half the holes, and large, accommodating greens. It plays to 7,102 yards, 74.1/143, course/slope ratings from the tips, with three shorter tees, designed by Ken Killian.
