The Carthage Golf Course is on the west side of Carthage, off US 71 at MO 96 to the west.

The golf course is a parkland layout over slightly rolling hills through tree-lined fairways with 30 sand bunkers, streams, and ponds as hazards. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,413 yards, 70.2/121 course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Don Sechrest.
