Eagle Creek is on the southwestern side of Joplin off I-44 and part of the Downstream Casino.

The layout is challenging with water in play on 11 holes in addition to varying degrees of elevation change as it wanders over the foothills of the Ozarks. The front side is over slightly, undulating terrain while the backside moves up into the hills along rolling and sloping, fairways producing a host of odd lies. It was designed by Don Seacrest and plays to 6,285 yards from the middle, white tees, 69.5/120 course and slope rating.
