Centennial Golf Club is on the south side of Medford just off the I-5 at Fern Valley.

The golf course is a links style layout journeying over a large, 400 acre tract of land with each hole isolated and separate in a scenic setting in the Rougue Valley. It's a challenging, long layout with fescue lined, mounded fairways, multiple water hazards, and an abundance of sand bunkers. From the tips it's 7,309 yards and a 135 slope, the white tees are 6,401 yards, 71.0/125, course/slope ratings, designed by John Fought.
