Centennial Golf Club is on the south side of Medford, just off the I-5 at Fern Valley.

The golf course is a links-style layout over a large, 400-acre tract of land, with each hole isolated and separate in a scenic setting in the Rogue Valley. It's a challenging, long layout with fescue-lined, mounded fairways, multiple water hazards, and an abundance of sand bunkers. From the tips, it's 7,309 yards and a 135 slope. The white tees are 6,401 yards, 71.0/125 course/slope ratings, designed by John Fought.
