Stoneridge is on the north side of Medford on Lake of the Woods Highway in the Rogue Valley over a large natural tract of land without homes or development.

It's an interesting and entertaining layout featuring numerous water hazards and sand traps in play over a moderate change in elevation with large green complexes as targets. Half the holes are open off the tee, while the others are over rolling contours along tree-lined fairways. It can play to 6,738 yards, 71.8/135, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tees, designed by James Cochran in the early 1990s.
