The Cheboygan Golf & Country Club is just northwest of Cheboygan off US 23 at Old Mackinaw Road to the west.

The layout's front side has a links feel to it with open, undulating fairways bordered by sand bunkers with the Little Black River snaking through the northern section of the course. The backside is parkland style along tree lined fairways featuring several doglegs, and water hazards on half the holes. It's a short 5,923 yards from the tips for a par of 70, 69.0/122, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Art Pryor in the early 1920s.
