Chemung is off I-96 at the E. Grand River exit northwest of Brighton.

The golf course is a less-than-intuitive parkland layout, trekking over rolling terrain with multiple wetlands, streams, and ponds in play. The fairways tend to be unique and isolated as they move through narrow corridors of trees, with sand bunkers guarding the greens set in coves surrounded by trees. From the tips, it measures 6,438 yards, 72.3/132, course/slope ratings, and two alternate tees available.
