Hunters Ridge Golf Course is north of Howell off I-96 in Cohoctah Township, surrounded by farmland and forests.

The golf course is in a scenic setting with an interesting and varied layout. It's a links/parkland blend with open and tree-lined fairways, numerous ponds and streams, 60+ sand bunkers, and fairways bordered by tall heather. Designed by Jerry Matthews, it can play to 6,522 yards off the back tees, 72.2/131 course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
