Dunham Hills is located north of Brighton off M-59 to the north just east of US 23.

The layout was constructed on a hilly patch of land and is old school in that the tees and greens are close together and minimal land was disturbed in building the course. The course ambles along sloping fairways lined by huge trees bordering a couple ponds and a slight amount of sand bunkers defending the moderate to large, undulating greens. From the tips it plays to 6,769 yards, 72.6/130, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Jack Eastman in the late 1960s.
