Chesapeake Bay Golf Club is actually two golf courses located in Rising Sun and North East, both off I-95 at exit 100.
The North East golf course is partially within a residential development along rolling fairways lined by the deep woods with numerous wetlands and sand bunkers along the fairways and defending the greens. It plays to 6,417 yards from the back tees for a par 70, 71.2/128, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Al Zikorus in 1992.
The Rising Sun Course is a few miles off I-95 at exit 100 to the north. The layout is a parkland design journeying along broad fairways lined with old growth, hardwood trees on slightly rolling land. The golf course provides numerous slight doglegs, multiple water hazards, and sand bunkers defending the greens and the occasional fairway. It was designed by Russell Roberts in 1968 and is 6,749 yards from the back tees, 73.1/129, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
