Frog Hollow is in a residential development on the north side of Middletown just east of Rt 301, about 30 minutes south of Wilmington.

The routing has a couple holes with trees but otherwise it's mostly open and links style with tall prairie grasses bordering the fairways, water in play on six holes, and a prodigious amount of sand traps. From the tips the course is 6,608 yards, par 71, 72.1/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Allen Liddicoat in 2000.
