Conklin Players Club is located south of Binghamton, off I-81 at exit 1, on the west side of the Susquehanna River.

The layout has its share of interesting holes where placement shots are required. It has elevated greens and tees, multiple water hazards, hilly tree-lined fairways, and a moderate amount of sand traps. The course was designed by Rick Rickard. From the back tees, it is 6,772 yards, 72.4/127 course/slope ratings, and three shorter sets of tee boxes.
