The Cozad Country Club is between Kearney and North Platte, just off I-80 to the north at the Cozad Exit.

The golf course is a pleasant mix of parkland and link-style holes over a large tract of land surrounded by Central Nebraska farmland. The original front nine is a classic parkland layout along tree-lined fairways over level land with a stream traversing the course but minimal sand bunkers. The back side is more wide open and ranging along broad fairways bordered by the occasional sand bunker, stream, or pond. There are three sets of tees, with the tips playing to 5,991 yards, par of 71, 69.1/117, and course/slope ratings.
