Eagle Vail is just off I-70 at exit 169 on the south side of the Interstate within a resort, residential development.

The layout is a parkland design bordering the Eagle River along tree lined fairways with multiple elevated tees and greens. The front side is mostly level as it moves along and over the River while the back moves up into the foothills through aspen, fir, and lodgepole lined corridors. It was designed by Devlin/Von Hagge with four sets of tees, the tips play to 6,538 yards, 70.7/133, course/slope ratings.
