The Eagle Vale Golf Club is located 30 minutes southeast of Rochester in Fairport on Nine Mile Point Road off Penfield to the south.

The golf course is a parkland layout between two residential communities with homes along the perimeter. It is a certified Audubon Sanctuary with a variety of protected wetlands and water hazards in play as it moves along tree-lined fairways with slight doglegs and a moderate amount of sand bunkers along the fairways and greens. It was designed by Neil Hirsch in the late 1980s. Five sets of tees range from 5,417 yards to 6,786 yards, with the middle tes playing to 6,186 yards, 70.4/124 course/slope ratings.
