Eagle Valley is on the northeast side of Carson City off US 50 in Centennial Park with two 18 hole layouts in a natural setting without homes or development.

The championship course is the links-style, West Course that's climbs through the foothills. The course has variety and challenge to the hole design with doglegs both left and right, a generous amount of water hazards in play, an abundance of sand bunkers, forced carries, and elevation change. It was designed by Art Snyder in the 1980s playing to 6,851 yards from the tips, par 72, 73.9/139, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.

The East Course is more straightforward and comparatively sedate journeying along broad fairways with several water hazards and sand bunkering primarily greenside. It was also designed by Snyder in the 1970s and plays to 6,618 yards from the back tees, 70.0/118, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
