The Glacier Club is 45 minutes north of downtown Detroit off M-59 at M-53 North, then north for 7 miles.

The course partially borders a residential development over rolling, tree-lined open and narrow fairways bordered by OB, water hazards, and natural areas. The green complexes tend to be modest in size and well protected on the sides by sand bunkers. From the tips, it's 7,139 yards, 75.1/133, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees. It was originally designed by William Newcomb in 1993 and redesigned by Arthur Hills in 2008.
