The Golden Bear Golf Club is in the middle of Hilton Head Island off the Cross Island Parkway in the Indigo Run Community.

The layout is carved through the pines and woodlands of the development over slightly undulating terrain. An abundance of ponds and lagoons are in play, along with an array of sculptured sand bunkers defending the landing zones and green complexes. Five sets of tees, from 4,974 yards to 7,014 yards off the back tees, with the middle tees playing to 6,184 yards, 70.1/122, course/slope ratings designed by Jack Nicklaus.
