Palmetto Hall is on the north side of HHI near the airport with two 18 hole, golf courses.

Both layouts typify golf on Hilton Head as wander through an upscale, residential development over pine and moss-draped, oak tree lined fairways with multiple water hazards and sand traps along the fairways and greenside. The Hills course is 6,582 yards from the blue tees, 72.3/131, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Hills.

The Cupp course is an interesting, geometric layout designed by a CAD system with trapezoidal and rectangular sand bunkers, square/rectangular/circular tees and greens, and pyramid shaped mounding. The Cupp Course plays to 6,524 yards from the blue tees, 72.3/135 course and slope ratings, designed by Bob Cupp.
