Bradshaw Farm has 27 holes and is located just off I-575 north of Woodstock about 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

The Red/White layout is a hilly, parkland design through a residential development along tree lined fairways with a moderate amount of sand bunkers along the fairways and greens and Avery Creek and multiple ponds and wetlands in play on the majority of the holes. The Blue course by comparison is more wide open off the tee bounding along broad, undulating fairways with mature hardwoods at the borders. From the tips, the yardages and course/slope ratings for the various rotations with three shorter tees. Red-3,340 yards; White-3,498 yards; Blue-3,438 yards. Red/White, 75.2/144, course/slope ratings; White/Blue, 73.2/142; Blue/Red, 72.8/144, all from the tips. The Red and White were designed by Mike O'Shay, the Blue by Grant Wencel.
