Woodmont is north of Atlanta in Canton off I-575 on Cumming Highway to Cherokee

The layout moves through an upscale, residential development along fairways bordered by hardwood and pine trees over rolling topography. There's Mill Creek snaking through the southern third of the layout and numerous ponds in addition to an abundance of shapes and sizes of sand bunkers at the landing zones and defending the greens. From the back tees the course plays to 6,830 yards, 72.8/138, course/slope ratings with four shorter sets of tees designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
