Granby Ranch is about 2 hours northwest of Denver on the southeast side of Granby and part of a real estate development just north of SolVista Ski Basin at 8,000 feet in elevation.

The layout is a links style design that's wide open off the tee with the fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses and wetlands along the Fraser River. The front nine moves along the River valley in advance of a climb to a spectacular backside in the foothills. There's numerous water hazards in addition to strategically positioned sand traps along the fairways and greens. It's a Michael Asmundson layout from the Nicklaus design group, the middle tees are at 6,601 yards, 70.1/121, course/slope ratings.
