Grand Lake is up near Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes on the south side of the Rocky Mountain National Park on US 34.

It's a stunning setting and superb golf course carved out of the lodge pole pines and aspens at an elevation of 8,420 feet. The layout provides for an entertaining and varied round with a number of doglegs, hilly and sloping fairways, multiple water hazards, but less than 20 sand bunkers. It plays to 6,570 yards, 70.4/130, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees, designed by Dick Phelps.
