The IMG Golf Club is on the west side of Bradenton north of Sarasota Bay within an established, residential development.

The layout is a routine Florida design over level terrain through the community and along pine, oak, and native foliage lined fairways with water hazards and sand bunkers dominating the landing zones and greens. It plays to 6,855 yards from the tips, 73.7/141, course/slope ratings, the white tees are 6,216 yards, 70.3/127, originally designed by Mark McCumber, but was updated and redesigned by Gene Bates in 2003.
