University Park is a 27 hole layout within a residential development located west of I-75 between University and SR 70 in Bradenton.

The three nines are similar in most respects as they wind through environmentally sensitive areas with wetlands, lakes, ponds, trees, and sand traps bordering the fairways and guarding the greens with an interesting blend of holes. There's six sets of tees overall with yardage, course/slope ratings from the tips for the various rotations: 1-18-7,001 Yards, 74.2/134, course/slope ratings; 19-27/1-9-7,287 yards, 75.3/132; 10-18/19-27-7,192 yards, 74.7/137, designed by Ron Garl.
