Indian Island is in Riverhead off Cross River Drive near the Indian Island County Park.

The layout is over flat land with stunning views over the Peconic River. It's demanding yet straightforward as it moves along tree-lined fairways with a liberal amount and variety of sand traps bordering the fairways and along the mid-sized, round greens. It was designed by William Mitchell in the 1970s and plays to 6,506 yards from the back tees, 71.5/126 course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees.
