Lake Arrowhead is located on the west side of Lake Arrowhead 13 miles northwest of Canton about an hour north of Atlanta.

The golf course is a scenic, parkland layout carved through the forests on hilly terrain along broad fairways. There's numerous slight doglegs, creeks and ponds, and sand traps mostly guarding the greens. The golf course was designed by DJ DeVictor with five sets of tees from 4,700 yards to 7,212 yards at the tips with the White tees playing to 6,294 yards, 69.1/120, course/slope ratings.
