Lake Presidential is 40 minutes east of Washington D.C. in Upper Marlboro on US 301 within a real estate development along unique and isolated fairways.

The course has a distinct variety of holes moving over varying degrees of elevation change along tree lined fairways with numerous water hazards and long and conventional sand bunkers. The greens are various shapes and sizes either set above the fairways while others are below in a bowl, many with multiple tiers and collection areas. It's long at 7,230 yards, 74.4/147, course/slope ratings from the championship tees with four shorter sets of tees, designed by Jeff Potts and Chris Cole.
