Lake Presidential is 40 minutes east of Washington D.C. in Upper Marlboro on US 301 within a real estate development along unique, isolated fairways.

The course has a distinct variety of holes moving over varying degrees of elevation change along tree-lined fairways with numerous water hazards and long and conventional sand bunkers. The greens are various shapes and sizes, either set above the fairways while others are below in a bowl, and there are many with multiple tiers and collection areas. It's long at 7,230 yards, 74.4/147, course/slope ratings from the championship tees with four shorter sets of tees, designed by Jeff Potts and Chris Cole.
