Longbow Golf Club is in Mesa just off the Red Mountain Freeway at Higley.

The golf course was named after the Apache Longbow, an attack helicopter that Boeing manufactures across the street. The layout features a mix of long and short holes trekking across rolling desert terrain and washes that run through the property. It's an interesting and varied layout with a generous amount of sand bunkers along the fairways and greens yet only two water hazards. The course is in a setting without homes or development with views of the McDowell, Usery, and the Superstition Ranges around Red Mountain. It plays to a par 71, 7,050 yards, 72.9/134, course/slope ratings from the back tees with five shorter tees, redesigned by Ken Kavanaugh in 2003.
