Magnolia Greens is just northwest of Wilmington, off the Andrew Jackson Highway at Ocean Highway in the Magnolia Greens community.

The golf course is a relatively flat layout through the trees and homesites with numerous water hazards and sand traps along the fairways and guarding the large greens. There are 27 holes here: the Magnolia at 3,476 yards, the Camellia at 3.575 yards, and the Azalea at 3,422 yards, all from the tips.
