Magnolia Grove is a RTJ Trail development with two 18 hole championship courses and an 18 hole short course located off I-65 on Moffett Road in northwest Mobile.

The golf courses traverse marshland and creeks along heavy stands of trees with considerable change in elevation, at least for Mobile. The Falls is over generally level land through tree lined fairways bordered by a number of wetlands or mitigation areas. The greens are large, contoured, and guarded by a healthy dose of sand traps. The Crossings has more elevation changes but over similar terrain with numerous marshes and lakes as it moves along broad, tree lined fairways. Many of the greens are lifted or crowned above the fairways and well guarded by fingered sand bunkers. The Crossings measures 7,212 yards, 74.7/143, course/slope ratings; the Falls at 7,158 yards, 74.6/142, both from the tips with three shorter tees.
