The Mill Creek Golf Course is 35 miles north of Mobile on the west side of Citronelle carved through the pine forests of a small residential development

The golf course is a parkland layout strolling over level terrain with narrow fairway corridors bordered by piney woods and dogwoods along Citronelle Lake. It's a target layout with multiple water hazards, sand bunkers, doglegs, constricted landing zones and approaches, and modest greens. There's three sets of tees with the tips playing to a short 6,271 yards, 70.0/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Jim Green.
