Meadow Valley is about 20 minutes east of Elkhart in Middlebury on US 20. It is surrounded by farmland and fields, save for a row of homes.

The golf course has an interesting and varied layout, with each hole separate and unique along natural corridors. It's a combination of narrow, tree-lined, and rolling fairways along with open and links-like holes featuring a generous amount of water hazards and sand traps. The course was designed by Tom Zimmerman in the mid-1990s and can play to 6,944 yards from the tips. The middle tees are 6,041 yards, 68.7/124, course/slope ratings.
