Mill Pond is near Mill Road in Medford, about three miles north and west of exit 66 off the Long Island Expressway.

The layout is an open, links-type design with extensive mounding in the fairways and around the greens, a generous amount of sand traps, and water in play on six holes. It was designed by Buddy Johnson and plays to 6,304 yards from the tips, 70.0/117 course/slope ratings, and a par of 70, with three shorter tee boxes.
