West Sayville Golf Course is a municipal golf course owned and operated by Suffolk County. It is off Sunrise Highway East to Exit 46, Montauk Highway on the north side of Great South Bay on Green Point.

The layout is a traditional design, journeying along level, tree-lined fairways with water in play on six holes and a liberal use of sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens. It was designed by William Mitchell in the 1960s and plays to 6,715 yards, 72.7/128 course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees.
