Mission Hills Golf Resort is in Rancho Mirage, just off the I-10 at Bob Hope Drive, with three 18-hole championship layouts available to guests of the on-site villas.

The Dinah Shore Tournament course, once home to the annual LPGA tournament, is a classic layout along fairways lined with trees, water features, and sand bunkers. Most of the greens are elevated with sloping and undulating surfaces, and Poppie's Pond guards the 18th green where many of the tournament winners jumped., There are multiple sets of tees with the white tees are at 6,321 yards, 71.0/129, course/slope ratings, designed by Desmond Muirhead.

The Palmer course may be the most playable at Mission Hills, with broad tree-lined fairways, tiered greens, multiple water features, and a generous number of sand bunkers. There are five sets of tees overall, with the white tees playing to 6,137 yards, 69.7/123.

The Dye course is a test with multiple water hazards, traditional and long waste area sand traps, and modest, raised greens with Dye's trademark railroad ties positioned throughout. There are multiple tee boxes, the white tees play to 6,055 yards, 69.5/130, designed by Pete Dye.
