Missouri Bluffs is located on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River off I-64 in St. Charles.

The layout is carved through the forest over rolling hills with unique and isolated fairways and without development or homes. It's well bunkered along the fairways and guarding the greens with only two water hazards impacting play. From the tips it's 7,047 yards, 73.2/131, course/slope ratings, the blue tees are 6,205 yards, 69.3/120, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Tom Fazio.
