The Falls is located in the western suburbs of St. Louis in O'Fallon off I-70 at the Bryan Road exit to the south in a residential development.

The golf course traverses broad, tree lined fairways over rolling terrain in and around the home development with heavy rough at the borders. Belleau Creek traverses the middle of the layout in addition to numerous ponds, and sand bunkers defend the occasional fairway and many of the generous, contoured greens. The course is 6,510 yards, 71.2/127, course/slope ratings from the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Ed Schultz, Terry Houser, and Bob Saur.
