The Mohawk River Country Club is 20 miles north of downtown Albany on the north side of the Mohawk River in Rexford.

The golf course is a classic parkland layout traversing a series of doglegs along fairways flanked by mature hardwoods. There's multiple ponds and streams in play, but minimal sand bunkers most of which are defending the modest green complexes. It can play to 7,095 yards, 73.7/128, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by William Mitchell.
