Normanside is a classic from the 1920s in the Albany area on the southwest side of town in Delmar off Delaware Ave along a bend in Normans Kill Creek.
The golf course is a parkland design along a mix of straightforward and dogleg, fairways bordered by mature hardwood trees with a heavy emphasis on sand bunkers around the greens. The course plays to 6,454 yards, 124 slope from the tips, the Member tees are 6,005 yards, 69.1/121, course/slope ratings. It was originally designed by William Harries in the 1920s with redesign work by Geoffrey Cornish.
