Oak Ridge is on the southwest side of Springfield on the MA/CT border, and 30 minutes from Hartford.

The layout is a parkland design lumbering over a large tract of land with the holes isolated and separate along tree lined corridors. There's water in the form of ponds and streams in play on over half the holes along with well bunkered greens. The course plays from 5,297 yards from the red tees to 6,702 yards from the golds, the blues are at 6,390 yards, 70.2/121, course/slope ratings, an early Tom Fazio design with assistance from Uncle George Fazio.
