Osprey Point is just west and inland to the Ocean Course on Kiawah within an upscale resort and residential community.

The golf course has a challenging, strategic layout with the wind constantly in play, but it is generally not as penal as the Ocean course. The course navigates around and across four lakes, salt marshes, and tree-lined fairways of live oaks, pines, palmettos, and magnolias. There are a few risk/reward opportunities and doglegs providing a strong case for thoughtful golf course management. It was designed by Tom Fazio, and from the back tees, it is 6,902 yards, 72.8/135, course/slope ratings with five shorter tee boxes.
